What is the Minimum Order Value?
We apply a minimum order value depending of your location. Please check the Freight Rates for your location.

- Orders of 500€/1000€ or more placed before 15:00 O’clock will be shipped out the same day without additional shipping charges, unless stated otherwise;
- Orders below 500€/1000€ will automatically remain on hold until they reached the minimum order value. If you would like to ship directly (& pay shipping charges), please mention it in the comment box during checkout. Just write: ship now.
- As a rule, we will automatically ship orders that haven’t reached the minimum order value of 500€/1000€ every 3rd Tuesday of the month. Shipping charges will be applied as stated below. We will send out a reminder every Friday prior to the deadline, which gives sufficient time to edit the order.
- Please take into account that we maintain the rights to modify the shipping costs in cases we feel necessary. This would mostly be the case for locations which are hard to reach. When something changes we will always inform you before processing the order.
- If you would like to place an order and your country is not highlighted in the map, but can be found in the following list: Freight Rates please contact us and we will answer to your request in the best way possible.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?
There is not! You can order just one copy of a game if you like. There is no need to order whole case quantities. We’ll ship your orders once you’ve reached the Minimum Order Value applied to your country of residence as stated in the Freight Rates.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 15.00 CET on working days (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day, if they meet the Minimum Order Value.
What is the payment policy of EPN?
New customers can place orders for up to €3000. You will receive an invoice by e-mail for each of your orders, right after they have been shipped from our warehouse. This invoice will contain the due date and all necessary payment details.
Which carrier(s) do you use?
For regular orders, we use UPS. For bigger orders that require a pallet shipment, we work with GLS.
Can I follow my order via track & trace?
Yes! You will receive the track & trace link via email at the same time as your order leaves our warehouse.
What if my order contains damaged goods?
Option 1: Visible damage to boxes upon delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival and take notice of any damages. Report them to the carrier immediately and make sure that the carrier registers the damage. Then, please take pictures of the damaged boxes (and/or items) and email these to us via info@epn-europe.com.
Option 2: Damaged items
In case you received damaged items, please take pictures of the damage e-mail them to us within 1 week via info@epn-europe.com. Our customer service department will take care of the matter and offer a suitable solution, which can vary from case to case.

How can I report a missing or damaged item, or an incomplete product?
Please e-mail us (info@epn-europe.com) the SKU / EAN of the damaged product, plus a clear description about the missing part or damage. Where possible, please add pictures of the product in question. Do you have a discount policy?
Yes we have! You can earn the following discount:
Pre-order | 2% | You will receive a 2% discount on all pre-releases that we announce via our newsletter or that are advertised on our web shop. This discount is valid until the pre-order deadline, after which the regular price will be activated. |
Bulk | 2% | Whenever mentioned on a product page, we offer an additional 2% bulk discount for a minimum quantity of items. Most of the time this will be the case or display quantity. |
Automatic bank transfer | 2% | An additional 2% discount can be earned by giving us permission to process your invoices by automatic bank transfer. This will of course make paying for your orders much easier as it will be done automatically. If you would like to give us permission for automatic transaction, please let us know. We will then send you the necessary documentation to give us permission and notify your bank of this permission. |
Can I place pre-release orders?
Most definitely yes! We’re working on our pre-release newsletters on a weekly basis. These emails contain product information, as well as the expected dates on which the pre-releases will be received at our warehouse and will be ready for delivery.
Where can I find my pre-order / back-orders?
After you logged in on the EPN-webshop, you can go to “My EPN” and click on “My account”. In the menu on the left side of your screen you can find all your back- and pre-orders, invoices, credit notes, and your company details.
Is it possible to receive our product catalogue as .xls file?
Yes, offcourse. Simply send an e-mail to info@epn-europe.com. We are working on a solution to make it available as a download on the website.
Can I suggest adding certain titles and publishers to your catalog?
Of course! We’d love to hear your suggestions for titles and publishers that you would like to see in our catalog.
